Payments provider in our webshop is Wix Payments. It is completely secured and safe to use. We have multiple payment options: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, Amex, Diners, Jcb, ChinaUnionPay, CartesBancaires ja Discover, Paypal, Apple pay ja Google pay.


Orders are being shipped from Monday to Friday and estimated delivery time is 1-7 work days. Shipments are placed via finnish Posti. Shipping fees are based on the largest item on your order and shipping fee will be added to your order at the checkout-stage.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION IS 100% CORRECT. We are not responsible for any extra shipping fees caused by incorrect address or phone number information. Returned shipment (incorrect address) fees will be deducted from the refund. Shipping fees in general are not refundable and it will be deducted from any possible returning orders. If a shipment returns to us after a non pick up within the time limit given by the shipment company, any extra fees will be deducted from the refund. 


Our products have a 14 days exchange and return policy and the customer will pay for the shipment fee. When returning an item, please let us know via email that the shipment is on it´s way, pack the items carefully enough, place a note inside the shipment with your information (name, address and phone number) and send the package to this address:

Shipment must be sent within 14 days after the notification to us. Please make sure products are in prestine condition and all possible brakable items must be packed extra thoroughly with plenty of packaging paper. Any braking of an item caused by a clearly careless packaging, is 100% non refundable and the product price will be deducted from the refund completely.

Studio Kombi is a company subject to VAT. Through our online store, we sell products that contain value added tax

Processing a used material, such as fabric or for example wood, into a new type of object is interpreted by the finnish law as the manufacture of a new product. In this case, the seller liable for VAT must include value added tax in the sales price of the product. Such products in Studio Kombi's online store include clothes, accessories and home textiles made from recycled textiles.

The sales prices of products purchased used and resold as such without modification do not include value added tax. Products like this in Studio Kombi's online store may include all items: dishes and other decorative items.

All people who ordered from our online store will be added to the register and the information from the register will be used  for customer communication and handling the shipment information.

The register information is obtained from the customer themself when making a purchase in the online store. By placing an order, the customer agrees to save their data in the register.

Care is taken when processing the register and the information processed with the help of information systems is properly protected. The registrar ensures that stored data and server access rights are handled confidentially and only by those employees whose job description it is.

The request for the mentioned actions must be sent in writing to the keeper of the register. The controller will respond to the customer within the time set in the EU data protection regulation (about one month).

A person in the register has the right to request the deletion of information about him from the register. The request must be sent to the controller in writing. The controller acts in accordance with the customer's request within the time set in the EU data protection regulation (about one month).
